“Liv Waters is a country singer-songwriter based on California’s Central Coast. Now living and writing along the coast, her songs are equally shaped by her upbringing in upstate New York and time spent throughout New England.
Drawing inspiration from both places, Liv’s music reflects wide open ranch land and ocean air alongside the seasons, small towns, and restless feeling of the Northeast. Her songwriting captures quiet moments, complicated relationships, and the passing observations that turn into lasting stories.
With a voice that blends sharp storytelling with a wry sense of humor, Liv writes songs that feel both deeply personal and instantly familiar. Her work often weaves character dialogue and lived experience into narratives that linger long after the music ends.
