Tucked inside Templeton Mercantile and right next to the patio by Pig Iron Restaurant, The Coffee Shop is your neighborhood spot for specialty coffee and handcrafted pastries. We’re open 7am–2pm Monday through Friday and 8am–2pm on weekends, serving during breakfast and lunch hours.

Our espresso is proudly sourced from Spearhead Coffee in Paso Robles, bringing North County flavor to every cup. Our chai is housemade by our team with love.
